Supported payment methods include GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, BDO, BPI, UnionBank, InstaPay, PESONet, and Visa or Mastercard bank cards. • Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts apply per method. These are displayed within the Cashier at the time of transaction.
• phcash23 only accepts deposits from payment accounts registered in the name of the phcash23 account holder. Third-party payments are not permitted.
• Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completed identity verification. phcash23 reserves the right to request supporting documents before releasing funds.
• Funds deposited for gaming purposes are not held in a segregated trust account. phcash23 is not a banking institution.
• Any deposit that cannot be matched to a valid, verified player account may be returned or held pending investigation.
